Retails and Malls
We are new to this market, but we have already begun a project in Shivamogga, a 100,000 square foot retail space in the city's heart. Currently, we are working on NR Troika, a designer mall geared toward wedding shopping experiences like jewelery and high-end retail stores, in BTM Layout's 100 foot ring road. We anticipate working on many similar projects. Our crew has experience with mall renovations from their previous organizations.
Industrial
We worked on the Fortune Snotra and Fortune Saga industrial projects. We are currently building a 2,51,000 square foot industrial area in Davangere. It is known as the GM Apparel Park for a multinational corporation. It has 12 acres and is a build to suit project.
Townships
Townships ranging in size from 5 acres to 30 acres have been planned and built by Spaceki. NR Lake Garden, NR Lake City Phase 1, NR Lake City Phase 2, and NR Layout in Virat Nagar are all developments totaling roughly 30 acres.
Residential
Spaceki has completed more than ten residential apartment projects for NR Realty, Fortune Developers, and sanskrithi. We currently take on build-to-suit residential apartment projects in Bangalore and southern India. We offer a full in-house design team that includes structural engineers, MEP experts, and landscaping consultants. We also provide building components including aluminium and UPVC doors, windows, and facade services.
Hospitality
Moringa Villas in Udaipur were designed and executed by us. In the Middle East and India, our team has collaborated with a wide range of 4 and 5 star hotels. We are enthusiastic about developing more designs. NR Holiday Homes, a 15-acre project that includes 65 pool villas, restaurants, and a spa, is now being designed and built by our firm in Coorg.
